Dr. Andrew Baer
Dr. Baer was born in Louisville, Kentucky and he graduated from Atherton High School and the University of Louisville. After moving to California, he decided his life's calling was to help people, and he enrolled in chiropractic college. Upon graduation from Life Chiropractic College West, he packed up and moved back home to Louisville. In his first two years after graduating, he worked for other chiropractors and learned a lot. In February 2004, he and his wife Kim opened Baer Chiropractic, Inc.

Dr. Baer combines traditional spinal adjusting with Active Release Technique (ART), a soft tissue treatment. (See our ART page for more information.) He's studied over ten different adjusting techniques and prides himself in being fully certified in all levels of ART: spine, lower and upper extremity, bio mechanics, and nerve entrapment. He also takes over 200 hours of continuing education a year, including a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician program, Certified Rehabilitation, Kinesio Taping, Nutrition and Supplementation, Cold Laser Therapy, and specialty knee, shoulder, and whiplash classes, among others. Dr. Baer volunteers at an Ironman Triathlon each year and works on the athletes. (See our Ironman page for more info.) He has helped everyone from professional athletes to new moms, factory workers to high school sports stars, infants to 95 year olds, and his extensive training has made him very successful in patient care.
