Our exercises are simple yet very powerful. We emphasize strengthening your core muscles. Too many programs that you learn in health clubs are designed to bulk your muscles up. They often times can hurt your back, rather than help you. Fancy exercise machines often can groove the same patterns, which can cause repetitive stress on your muscles and joints.
